Daisy Rock Girl Guitars Welcomes Jessica Holtzclaw to its Artist Roster

10/14/2014

Jessica Holtzclaw is a fifteen year old musician from Riverside, California attending Polytechnic High School.

Jessica’s love of music began when she was three years old. She found her passion for performing and started taking one-on-one private voice lessons in downtown Riverside.

In 2005, she joined a musical theatre group and won the role of Violet in the hit production of "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown."  Later that year, she started a singing career.

In 2009, Jessica continued to participate in local musical theatre productions, as well as performing as lead vocalist for many “band projects.”  She has worked with various musicians with different experience levels, and different genres.

In 2012, Jessica started a local band called "Get It Together."   The band became an instant hit and has performed at some of the best venues in the Inland Empire.  In January 2014, Get It Together parted ways.

Jessica is currently playing guitar, songwriting, and playing the piano.  She continues to perform acoustic sets at local venues as a solo artist, and as a guest vocalist for bands.  She still enjoys performing in theatre productions and recently played The Mad Hatter in “Alice.”  She trains with the best vocal teacher and music instructors in the Inland Empire.  She is preparing to start up a new band that will be ready to perform starting in 2015.

"Jessica is a bright and upcoming artist who will no doubt touch many lives with her soulful and fun loving music. At such a young age she already has so much experience with musicianship as well as working with bands, she is one of our brightest shooting stars!” says Tish Ciravolo, President and Founder of Daisy Rock Girl Guitars.
