Your new Daisy Rock instrument is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the limitations contained in this warranty.
In the unlikely event that this Daisy Rock instrument malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, Daisy Rock will repair any defects or replace the instrument as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
|1.||Any instrument that has been modified in any way or has a serial number that has been tampered with.|
|2.||Damage from normal wear and tear, and/or misuse and abuse.|
|3.||The subjective issue of tonal characteristics.|
|4.||Damage to the instrument from changes in temperature, humidity or exposure to sun, contact with equipment or chemicals of any kind that might damage the instrument.|
|5.||Replacement of maintenance items such as strings, normal fret wear and plating on metal parts.|
|6.||Instruments purchased 'used' or from a non-authorized Daisy Rock dealer or if unauthorized repairs have been performed.|
|7.||Shipping damages of any kind.|
|8.||Factory installed electronics after a period of one year following the original date of purchase.|
DAISY ROCK MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. ALL IMPLIED, WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEEDING THE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES AND/OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THAT THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
DAISY ROCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INSTRUMENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, EVEN IF DAISY ROCK OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND DAISY ROCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING.
To Obtain Warranty Service:
For warranty service, the instrument must be returned to Daisy Rock through an authorized dealer. A return authorization (RA) must be obtained from Daisy Rock Guitars and clearly labeled on the outside of the box. The owner of the instrument must pay all freight and insurance costs. Daisy Rock will inspect all returned instruments and upon approval will repair and/or replace any part or parts that prove to be defective.

CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED DAISY ROCK INSTRUMENTS IN ANY COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA SHOULD CONTACT THEIR LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR THE HANDLING AND RESOLUTION OF ALL WARRANTY ISSUES, AS THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE. THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY EXTENDED BY DAISY ROCK GUITARS APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE INSTRUMENT AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.
